Scatena Daniels Adds San Diego REP, Senior Community Centers and Marshall Faulk Foundation to its Growing Client Roster
Scatena Daniels Communications, Inc., is pleased to announce it has added San Diego REPertory Theatre (San Diego REP), the Marshall Faulk Foundation and Senior Community Centers to its growing client roster.
San Diego REPertory Theatre chose Scatena Daniels to manage its show publicity leading into its 35th season beginning with “The Road to Mecca,” and “Storyville.” San Diego REP produces intimate, exotic, provocative theatre with vivid works that nourish progressive political and social values and celebrate the multiple voices of our region.
Senior Community Centers selected Scatena Daniels to manage public relations and social media promotion to support the organization’s fundraising efforts. Senior Community Centers, which is celebrating it’s 40th anniversary this year, is the leading provider of services to culturally diverse, low-income, at-risk seniors in downtown San Diego.
The Marshall Faulk Foundation selected Scatena Daniels to promote the Third Annual Aztec for Life Homecoming Celebration held Fri., Oct. 15 at the SDSU Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center. The event kicked off SDSU’s Homecoming Weekend and all proceeds benefitted the SDSU Aztec Athletic Foundation and Jackie Robinson YMCA.

c3 Communications, Inc. Contracts with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf(r) and Massage Envy(r)
Local San Diego public relations firm c3 Communications, Inc. announces the return of two client service brands – The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Massage Envy – both are former clients of the agency, returning to the firm’s roster for public relations support in 2011.
c3 will be conducting an extensive year-long media and community relations campaign for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Orange County, surrounding its Orange County Blend of coffee and tea, which its sale will benefit local schools in the area. The drive will commence in early February with planning beginning this month.
Additionally, c3 will be leading a media relations program for Massage Envy throughout San Diego County starting, Dec. 15. There are 19 Massage Envy locations throughout San Diego that c3 will be representing.
J Public Relations Expands With Six New Team Additions
J Public Relations is proud to announce the their largest expansion yet with the addition of six key employees, Christia Gordon, Suzanne Brose, Lindsay Schropp, Allison Friazer, Molly Leibowitz and Calee Brean. Gordon, who began her career at JPR in 2006, has come back to the company’s west coast office as the Director of Publicity after a short move to the east coast and helping to launch the New York City office. With strong media relationships and an extensive public relations background, Suzanne Brose has been hired as a Senior Publicist in the San Diego office and Lindsay Schropp has also joined the JPR San Diego headquarters as a Junior Publicist with her strong background in marketing and new media to work on PR campaigns for top travel, hospitality, restaurant and nightlife clients. Allison Frazier has also joined JPR as an intern this past summer and has recently been hired as a Junior Publicist.
On the east coast, Calee Brean has joined the New York office as a Junior Publicist to create campaigns for some of JPR’s top travel and hospitality clients while Leibowitz has also landed at the JPR New York office as a Junior Publicist focusing on hospitality and travel campaigns.
